All our products are handmade and specifically tailored for each customer so that we can offer a perfect fit for every client. In order to satisfy all clients, in case of mistakes in the products, we will send a new suit/shirt with appropriate modifications. Bliss Tailor won’t refund the paid amount in any case.
Bliss Tailor ships worldwide, in more than 20 countries. We guarantee the garment tailoring in 10 work days. Our carrier estimates the delivery time to 3-5 work days. The delivery time for your order is thus between 13- 15 work days. However, Bliss Tailor cannot be taken responsible for possible shipment delays since the shipment is made by a third party. Bliss Tailor subcontracts carriers and, therefore, when the package is in charge of the carrier, the only information available is the one transmitted by the carrier. In any case, once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your package thanks to the DHL tracking service. You will receive an email with your DHL tracking number.
In situations, events or circumstances beyond our control, when the customer is not available at home, shipment delays, human/mechanical/technical errors, nature actions or customs procedures* is understood that Bliss Tailor is not responsible for any liability. All purchases made at Bliss Tailor include a shipment contract. When the order is in the carrier’s hands, the carrier is responsible for it.
Since our tailors are located in Mainland China or Hong Kong, destination customs may retain the package for inspection and proceed to charge the corresponding import customs and duties fees.
Our products are individually tailor-made and handmade according to your preferences. Once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately and the production process starts instantly. Please note that cancellation of orders is thus not possible after your order is placed and paid. Hence, we do not accept returns for any reason except production errors. Incorrect measuring cannot be qualified as production error.
In the case of a production error, you are required to take and upload a picture of the product displaying the error and email this information to email@example.com within the 7 (seven) days of the delivery. If your request for return is accepted, you will be notified within the 15 (fifteen) days of your e-mail. Under the following conditions our Company will send a new product:
The first time you order any custom-made product there is a small chance that the fit is not perfect. Size adjustment of the product might be necessary (and in some cases your local brand ambassador can advice you in this respect). Our products are made so that adjustments are possible by a local tailor. If adjustments are needed, Bliss Tailor will offer you a promotional code corresponding to the costs of the adjustments made. The procedure to follow is:
Slight differences in shading of a product of the same fabric (due to variations in the doing process) are possible. Since your garment is handmade and not machine-made, slight variations in the fit of two finished shirts produced with the same body measurements may occur, but are generally not noticeable. The product design interface on our website is visualization and minor differences in appearance of the fabrics may occur.
